Our unit is out in the industrial area of Bhagwanpur, right near where Jalan Sariya is located. Yashdeep Food Product Pvt Ltd. might sound like a big name, but we are really just a group of people working hard in a factory setting. Being in an industrial zone means we are surrounded by other plants and warehouses, so there is always the sound of trucks and machinery in the air. It is a practical environment, focused on production and efficiency. We spend our shifts on the floor, watching the lines and making sure the food products are being processed correctly. It’s not the kind of place with carpets or fancy desks; it is all about stainless steel and industrial fans. We have a schedule that we stick to every day to make sure we hit our targets. The heat from the machines can be quite a lot, especially in the middle of the day, so we try to keep the air moving as much as possible. Most of us have been working here for quite some time, so we know the machines inside and out. We don't spend money on glossy magazines or TV ads. We just focus on the orders we have and getting them loaded onto the trucks parked outside. It’s a busy life, and by the time the evening rolls around, we are all pretty tired but satisfied with the work we put in. Bhagwanpur is a tough place to work sometimes, but it’s where we belong.
