Idly Food Junction

Idly Food Junction sits right on Jwalapur Road in Haridwar, specifically at the Ranipur more. It is a busy corner of the city, and we are right in the middle of it. We started this place because we saw a lot of people looking for something quick and easy while moving through this part of town. It is not a big restaurant, just a small junction where you can grab a bite. The traffic outside can be pretty heavy, so there is always a bit of noise from the street. We have got a small staff that works hard to keep things moving. Most of the time, it is just about getting the food out on time and making sure the counters are clean. We do not have fancy menus or anything like that. People come in, see what we have, and eat. Haridwar is a town full of travelers and locals alike, and we see both groups here. It is interesting to talk to people who are just passing through for a day or two. We try to keep a steady pace, even when it gets overwhelming during the festival seasons. The kitchen is small but functional. We do not do much advertising; word of mouth usually does the trick for us. It is a basic life, running a food stall here, but it keeps us busy and we like the routine of it all. We just focus on the daily work.
