Swad Food Products

We set up Swad Food Products at Plot No. E-10 quite some time back. It's right in the Government Industrial Estate over in Patel Nagar. If you know the area, we are near Mahant Indresh Hospital. Most days start early here because the heat in the afternoon makes things tough. We have a small team, mostly people from around here who’ve been with us since we opened. The building isn't much to look at, just a regular industrial shed with high ceilings and some old fans that rattle. We spend most of our time looking at labels and making sure the machines don't act up. It’s noisy, especially when the big loaders come through the estate roads. Sometimes the traffic near the hospital gets backed up, and our delivery guys complain about the wait. We just focus on getting the food packed and out the door. There’s always a lot of cleaning to do, which takes up more time than you’d think. We don’t have a fancy office or a big reception area. Usually, there’s just someone sitting at a small desk near the entrance. It's a lot of physical work, stacking crates and checking inventory under those yellow lights. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. It’s just how things go for a local business in this part of town. We keep things simple and try to stay on top of the orders coming in from the shops. Every day is pretty much the same.
