Our restaurant is right on the Roorkee Bypass Road Highway, in the village of Dhandhedi Khwazgipur. If you are driving on the highway, you have probably passed us many times. It’s a busy road, especially during the day when the trucks and buses are moving fast. We get a lot of travelers who are tired and just want a place to sit for a bit. It is a basic setup with plenty of space for parking, which is what most people need. We don't have fancy decorations or soft lighting. It’s a highway spot, so it’s built to be sturdy and easy to clean. The kitchen is always going, and the smell of cooking oil and spices is constant. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to make sure people get a decent meal before they continue their journey. Sometimes the highway construction makes things a bit dusty, but we try to keep the tables clean. We have a few staff members who have been with us since we opened. We don't use any professional marketing stuff. People stop here because they see the sign and the parked cars. It's a simple business model. We provide food and a place to rest, and we do it every day of the week for whoever walks in.
