We are located in Shivalik Nagar, which is part of the B.H.E.L. township in Haridwar. Our office is at J-20, which is Arun Kumar’s house. Haridwar is a place that never really sleeps, but Shivalik Nagar is a bit more relaxed than the areas right by the river. We run a hotel business from here. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. It’s just a few of us making sure everything runs the way it should. We spend a lot of time checking on the rooms and making sure the guests are getting what they need. It’s very hands-on. Sometimes I’m the one who has to go out and buy the new linens or talk to the plumber when something breaks. We’ve been in this neighborhood for quite a while now. We know the local shops and the people who live nearby. It’s a friendly place to be. During the big festivals, the city gets incredibly crowded, and we have to work double time. It can be exhausting, but it’s also the time when we see the most people. We don't use any fancy systems for our bookings. We just keep a good old-fashioned ledger and make sure we don't miss anything. It’s a simple life and a simple business, but it works for us. We are just happy to be here doing our work.
