Hotel Sugandha Deluxe

If you're walking down the Rishikesh Main Road in Bhupatwala, you'll find us right there near Har Ki Pauri. Hotel Sugandha Deluxe isn't a five-star resort with a bunch of staff in suits, but it's a place to sleep that's close to the water. We get a lot of people coming through for the ceremonies or just to see the river. Most folks stay a night or two, wash up, and head back out. The rooms are basic. We keep the sheets clean and make sure the fans work because it gets pretty hot out there on the main road. Being so close to Har Ki Pauri means it stays busy outside almost all the time. Sometimes the noise from the traffic travels in, but that's just life in this part of town. We've got people working the desk who know the area well if someone needs directions to the nearest shop or a place to eat. It’s a family-run kind of setup. We don't have a big fancy lobby, just a small space where you can check in and leave your bags. It’s practical for travelers who aren't looking for anything too complicated. We’ve been here in Bhupatwala for a good bit now, seeing the crowds change with the seasons. It's a lot of work keeping up with everyone, but we like being right in the middle of everything. It's just a regular hotel.
