Ista Hotels

Our location is actually in Roorkee, which is up in Uttaranchal. We are situated at 80/2 New Nehru Nagar. This is not a hotel building itself, but more of a local office handled by Mr. Brijesh Gururani at the home of Mr. Naresh Chauhan. We are connected to Ista Hotels, but here in Roorkee, we focus on the administrative side of things. It is a quiet residential street, so you won't see any big neon signs or a bustling lobby. It is just a room with a desk, some chairs, and a laptop. We handle a lot of the back-and-forth communication and local coordination that is needed for the business. The neighbors are used to us being here. It is a very low-key operation. We don't have a marketing budget or any fancy brochures to hand out. If you need to find us, you just look for the house number in New Nehru Nagar. We’ve been operating from this spot for some time now and it works well for the kind of work we do. Roorkee is a smaller place compared to the big cities, so things move at a bit of a slower pace, which we don't mind. We just get our work done every day and keep things organized. It is a practical and honest way to run this part of the business without any extra fluff or unnecessary spending.
