You can find us at A-16 in D.B. City, right on Sachin Tendulkar Marg in Gwalior. The Baradari area is quite well known around here. Maniram Shivhare Stones & Granites isn't a new name for the locals. We deal with heavy stuff, mostly granite slabs that take a lot of effort to move around. Our office is a busy spot where we try to keep track of all the different orders. It’s not always perfectly tidy, especially when we have new samples coming in. We don't have a huge staff, just a core group of people who know the stone business inside out. Gwalior is a place where people value good solid materials, so that’s what we focus on. Some days are long, especially when we are trying to finalize some big transport arrangements. We don't go for the high-end corporate look. We’d rather spend our time making sure the granite is right. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phone and checking the inventory in the heat. Sometimes the rain slows things down, but we just pick up where we left off. People stop by the shop in D.B. City to look at the textures and colors. It’s a practical business run by people who actually live here. We don't do much fancy talking, just work.
