Royal Stones

Royal Stones is based at No. 1 Adarsh Cloth Mill Colony, right on Koteshwar Road in Bahodapur. It’s a slightly unusual spot because it’s tucked into a colony area, but it works for us. We have a yard where we keep our stone collections, and it’s often a bit of a squeeze when a big truck needs to get in or out. The neighbors are used to us by now, though we try to keep the noise down during odd hours. We deal with various types of stone, mostly for people finishing up their houses or local builders in the Bahodapur area. There isn't anything fancy about our setup. It’s just a gate, a yard, and a small area where we do our paperwork. We spend a lot of time walking around the slabs with customers, pointing out the patterns and the natural flaws in the stone. It’s a very grounded business. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially when the ground gets muddy, but we just carry on. We don't use any high-tech systems; we mostly rely on what we can see and touch. My cousin helps me out with the orders, and we usually do the heavy lifting ourselves if the laborers are busy. It’s a simple life, focused on moving stone from the yard to people’s homes, and we’re quite content being part of the Koteshwar Road community for the foreseeable future.
