Wicked Wiches Private Limited

We are over at M 1/6 in Phase 2 of DLF City. Wicked Wiches Private Limited is our little project that grew into a real job. We spend most of our hours in the kitchen or behind the counter. Gurgaon is a fast-paced place, and people are always in a rush, so we try to keep up. It’s not always easy when the power goes out or a supplier doesn't show up with the bread we like. We’ve had some long nights trying to get new recipes right or just cleaning up after a busy lunch. Our shop isn't the biggest, but we’ve made the most of the space at M 1/6. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just make food and hope people like it enough to come back. Sometimes we get the order wrong and have to fix it quickly, but we’re only human. We enjoy the chaos of the lunch rush, even when it’s stressful. The staff here is just a few of us who’ve been together for a while. We talk about regular stuff while we work, like the cricket scores or the traffic on the way in. It’s a simple life. We just want to keep the kitchen running and the customers fed. That’s really all there is to it. We don't use fancy words for what we do. It’s just food for hungry people.
