Barista Coffee Company

We are based in Sushant Lok in Gurgaon and this is where the back-office stuff for the coffee business happens. People know the cafes but they do not usually see where the planning and the paperwork get done. Our office is a simple space in the neighborhood and it usually smells like roasted beans because we are always testing something in the back. It is a lot more relaxed than being behind a counter in a busy mall. We spend our time talking to dairy suppliers and checking on the equipment orders for the different shops. The office is not very fancy and we have a lot of stuff piled up in the corners. We are just a few people who have been with the company for a while and we know how everything works. Sushant Lok is a busy area these days and it can be a bit of a struggle to get here in the mornings with the traffic. We have a small kitchen where we make our own coffee of course and that is where most of our meetings happen. It is just a practical environment where we focus on the basics of the business. We do not have any big corporate mission posters or anything like that. We just want to make sure the shops have what they need to serve a good cup of coffee every day.
