We are set up over in Gurgaon. It’s a fast place with a lot of people always on the move. Our office isn't one of those massive towers with a glass front, we are just in a normal building doing our thing. The coffee business is what we know, but the behind-the-scenes part is just regular office work. We spend our days looking at spreadsheets and talking to suppliers. It can get pretty stressful when the shipments are late or the machines break down. There is always someone running around with a phone to their ear. We don't have a lot of time for long lunches. Usually, we just grab something quick at the desk. The office is full of half-empty cups and stacks of paper. It’s a bit messy, but it shows we are actually working. We have a small team here in Gurgaon and we've all been working together for a while now. We don't do the corporate talk or have those big motivational posters on the walls. We just focus on getting the beans to where they need to go. It’s a simple goal and it keeps us busy from Monday to Friday. Sometimes we stay late when there is a big project, but we don't complain much. It’s just how the job is. We like being part of the local scene here. The air conditioning in this building is a bit temperamental, so we usually have a desk fan running nearby. It gets the job done though.
