Barista Coffee Company Ltd.

Our headquarters is located at H-512 Sector-4 in Gurgaon. It’s a busy part of the city with lots of offices and people walking around. We spend our days surrounded by the smell of coffee beans and the sound of machines being tested. Being at Barista Coffee Company Ltd. means we are always thinking about how to keep the supply chain moving so the cafes have what they need. The office is pretty simple, with desks shoved together and plenty of stacks of paper. We aren't really the type to wear suits and ties; most of us just wear whatever is comfortable for a long day of work. In the afternoons, the sun hits the windows in Sector-4 and it gets quite bright inside. We usually take turns making the coffee for everyone in the break room. It's a lot of coordination between the warehouse and the shops. We have to make sure the grinders are working and the milk is fresh. We don’t have any grand statements to make about our goals. We just want to make sure the cups are full and the customers aren't waiting too long. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to scramble to get the orders through, but that’s just how it goes in an office. We’re just regular people who happen to know a lot about coffee and how to run a kitchen. It takes a lot of effort every day.
