Vishal Juice Centres

We set up Vishal Juice Centres right at the New Colony More in Gurgaon Village. It's a spot where a lot of people pass through every day on their way to work or back home. You can usually hear the sound of the machines running from a little distance away. We keep the fruit out where people can see it and it stays pretty busy during the hot months especially. The area around New Colony More is always full of life and there's usually some construction or something going on nearby. Our place is simple with a few stools for people to sit on if they aren't in a hurry. Cleaning up spills takes up a good part of the day. It’s not a fancy cafe or anything like that. It's just a place to get a drink and move on with your day. Many regulars stop by after their morning walk. The sun hits the front of the shop pretty hard in the morning so we keep the shade down. We don't really have a big staff just a couple of us working the counters. It’s a good way to stay connected to the village and see what's happening. We just do our thing and try to keep the fruit fresh. Sometimes we run out of certain items by the afternoon but we get more the next day when the delivery truck comes through the village.
