Varun Beverages Limited

Our office is located at Plot No. 31 in the Institutional Area of Sector 44. It’s a very busy part of Gurgaon, especially being so close to the Huda City Centre metro station. There are tall glass buildings all around us, but inside our space, it’s just people working hard. We handle a lot of the logistics for Varun Beverages here. You’ll see trucks and delivery vans pulling in at all hours. The security guards at the gate have a tough job keeping everything organized. It’s a professional environment, but we try to keep things friendly. Most of us eat lunch at the small stalls near the metro or bring tiffins from home. The commute can be a bit of a nightmare because of the traffic on the main road, so we all talk about that quite a bit. Inside, the desks are piled with paperwork and there’s always someone on the phone. We don't have many decorations, just some calendars and a few plants that someone remembers to water once in a while. It gets very busy during the peak of summer when everyone is thirsty. We end up working late quite often during those months. It’s a fast-paced place, but we’ve got a good rhythm going. We focus on getting the shipments out on time and making sure the numbers match up at the end of the day.
