Trunaturals Food Private Limited is based on the first floor of Sushant Arcade, in unit D-315. If you live around Sushant Lok Phase-I, you probably know the building. It’s a busy little spot, and we’ve been here for a good amount of time now. We focus on food that is simple and hasn't been messed around with too much. Our daily routine involves a lot of checking on stock and talking to suppliers. We aren't big on fancy titles or corporate structures; we just all chip in where needed to get the work done. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with some desks and a lot of food samples everywhere. We like being in Gurgaon because there’s always something happening, even if the traffic in Sushant Lok can be a nightmare in the evenings. We don't use scripts when we talk to our customers. If someone asks a question, we just give them a straight answer based on what we know. It’s a practical way to run things. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so it feels like a local neighborhood business. We just want to keep providing honest food without all the marketing fluff that usually comes with it. It’s just us doing our best every day to keep things moving and stay busy. That is how we operate.
