Supertech Engg & Systems

Out here in Dundahera, specifically at 247 Udyog Vihar Phase I, Supertech Engg & Systems is where we spend our days. It’s an older part of the industrial area. Our building is a bit gray and looks like every other place on the block. Inside, we do engineering and systems work. It sounds complicated, but it’s mostly just us sitting around desks or working with components. The floor is concrete and we have these big metal cupboards for all the tools and papers. There is a small window that looks out onto the street where the food vans park at noon. We usually get our snacks from there. The air is always filled with the sound of some machine or the other from the neighboring units. We’ve got a small team. Some of us have been here since the start. We don't really do meetings in boardrooms. We just talk over the desks or while standing in the hallway. It’s a bit messy sometimes with wires and parts, but that’s the nature of the job. We don’t have a receptionist or anything. You just walk in and find whoever is available. We prefer it that way. It’s honest work and we stay busy enough without needing to put on a show for anyone who walks through the door. It is just a regular work day for us, trying to get things out the door on time.
