Caparo Engineering (India) Pvt Ltd is located right on the Delhi Gurgaon Road. It is a big place where a lot of us come to work every single day. We deal with metal and parts that go into cars and other machines. It is a noisy environment with the sound of machines running and trucks coming in and out. The location on the main road makes it easy for the big lorries to pick up whatever we have finished making. We are not the types to sit in fancy offices all day. Most of us are out on the floor where the real work happens. It gets hot in the summer, especially with all the equipment running, but we are used to it by now. We have been part of this industrial stretch for a long time. People around here know the building well. We do not really have a showroom or anything for people to visit. It is a practical place built for manufacturing. We have shifts that run through the day and night to keep up with what needs to be done. It is hard work, and your hands usually end up dirty by the end of the shift. We do not do much in terms of talking about ourselves. We just focus on the drawings and the machines to make sure the parts are right. It is just a steady, busy engineering plant on a very busy road.
