We have our setup on the first floor of Block S-52, located on Plot 1/2 in DLF City Phase-III. It's right there in Gurgaon, Haryana. Even though the name mentions Dubai, this is where we do our day-to-day work here in India. The office is in a pretty busy part of the city, which can make finding a parking spot a bit of a nightmare on some days. We focus on value engineering, which basically means we look at projects and try to find ways to make them work better without wasting a lot of money. It’s a lot of calculating, looking at data, and re-checking things. The office has plenty of desks and a small kitchen corner where we make our own tea and coffee. It’s not a polished corporate showroom by any means. We have files stacked up in corners and whiteboards covered in scribbled notes. Most of us have been in this field for a long time, so we’ve seen a lot of different things go wrong and right. We don't use fancy slogans or try to impress anyone. We just sit down with the plans and get to work. Being in DLF Phase-III means we are surrounded by a lot of other businesses, which is nice for finding a place to eat lunch. We try to keep our heads down and just do the job we were hired for. It is a professional environment but definitely not a stiff or formal one. We talk to each other like normal people. That's just how we run things.
