We are over in Gurgaon at the Holtec Centre, which is in A Block of Sushant Lok. This part of Haryana has changed so much over the years, with all the new buildings and offices popping up everywhere. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, doing our consultancy work. It’s a decent-sized building, nothing too flashy, but it serves us well. Most of the folks here are engineers or planners who spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and data on their screens. We don't have a big marketing team telling us what to say, so it’s just us doing the work. The office can get a bit cluttered with papers and project files, but we know where everything is. Sushant Lok is a busy area, so getting in and out during rush hour can be a bit of a pain, but we are used to the Gurgaon traffic by now. We have a small canteen where we all grab tea and talk about things other than work sometimes. It’s a professional environment but it’s not stiff. We don't wear suits every day unless there is a very specific reason. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to give honest advice to the companies that hire us. It’s a practical way to run a business and it has kept us going all these years. We just keep our heads down and work.
