Sun F & B Businesses

Our setup for Sun F & B Businesses is over in Sector 56 of Gurgaon, specifically in Harmony Homes, Phase III of Sushant Lok. It’s a residential complex, so we are basically working out of a flat. The address is 21/2, and it’s a decent enough spot, though parking can be a real headache if you arrive at the wrong time of day. We have turned a couple of the rooms into our main work area where we handle all the food and beverage coordination. There are always boxes stacked up in the hallway and the smell of whatever we are testing that day usually drifts through the house. It’s a bit cramped with all the desks and the extra fridge we had to put in, but we make it work. The balcony looks out over the other blocks in the complex, and you can see people walking their dogs in the evening. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away on laptops. The kitchen is always busy because someone is always making a snack or another round of tea. It feels more like a shared living space than a proper corporate office, which is fine by us. Sometimes the lift in the building stops working, so we have to use the stairs, which is a bit of a workout. We are just a small team trying to keep things organized.
