Spicy Indian Rasoi Private Limited is our little venture. We are located near Shankar Chowk, specifically at number 169 in the National Media Centre. Gurgaon can be a very fast-paced place, and being near Shankar Chowk means we are right in the middle of all that action. The Media Centre is a well-known spot, so it makes it easier for people to find us. We aren't a massive chain or a fancy restaurant group. We are just a kitchen that focuses on Indian food. Our rasoi is where everything happens. It is a busy place, often a bit noisy and hot, but that is how a real kitchen should be. We don't have a bunch of marketing people telling us what to say. We just cook the food and hope people like it. Being in Gurgaon, we see all kinds of people coming through. We have our regulars who know where we are at 169. We don't use any polished language to describe what we do. It is just cooking. We handle the spices, we manage the orders, and we try to keep the place running smoothly. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when it’s busy, but we always figure it out. We are just a team of people who like the smell of a good rasoi. It is a straightforward business and we plan to keep it that way for as long as we can, just making good food.
