Our little spot is located at C 854 in Sushant Lok 1, which is a pretty well-known part of Gurugram. It’s a busy neighborhood and finding parking can be a real headache sometimes, but we make it work. We spend most of our days dealing with all sorts of flooring stuff right here in Gurgaon. It’s mostly just us trying to keep things organized between the office work and the actual projects. The office isn't some high-rise corporate suite; it’s more like a functional workspace where we keep our records and talk to people. We get a lot of locals dropping by since we are right in the middle of the residential area. Sometimes the tea runs out or the printer stops working right when we need it, but that's life. We just deal with it. We’ve seen how much this city has changed over the last few years, especially with all the new construction around the 122002 area code. It’s a lot of work keeping up with everything. We handle the daily stuff ourselves and try to stay on top of things without making it too complicated. It’s a bit noisy out on the street, but once you’re inside, it’s just about getting the work done. We aren’t really into big talk; we just prefer to show what we have and let people decide for themselves. It’s a simple way of doing business that seems to work for the folks in this part of town.
