Natural Stone Mart

So, this is Natural Stone Mart. We are set up at Plot No.1193/1-B over in Dayanand Colony. It's right on New Railway Road, so you hear the trains every now and then. It’s not a quiet place, but it works for what we do. We’ve got a lot of heavy stuff sitting around the yard. Most of the time, we’re just moving things from one corner to the other or loading up a truck. The sun hits the lot pretty hard in the afternoons. I’ve been here since we started, and it’s mostly just hard work and getting our hands dirty. It isn't a showroom with shiny floors. It’s more of a practical yard where things happen. We’ve known the people around New Railway Road for years. Sometimes people just walk in to ask directions, and that’s fine. We handle the stones and the materials as they come in. There is always a lot of dust, which is just part of the job I guess. We don't spend much time on the computer or writing fancy things. Usually, we're outside or in the small office space we have. Dayanand Colony is a decent place to be. We keep things simple here at Natural Stone Mart. No point in making things complicated when they don't need to be. We just show up, do the work, and go home. That’s about it for us.
