Shree Sharan Marble

Shree Sharan Marble is just a small shop, specifically Shop No. 5, located in Ashok Vihar Phase II. We are right on Sheetla Mata Mandir Road, directly opposite the Deep Asharam, so we get a lot of people passing by on their way to the ashram. It is a modest place and we have been here long enough that the local shopkeepers all know our names. We don't have a massive inventory, but we keep enough marble on hand to keep the business moving. Most days, it is just a couple of us sitting in the shop, waiting for the next delivery or helping a neighbor who needs a few pieces for a home project. We aren't a big corporation with fancy titles. We just handle the stone, talk to the customers, and try to make a living. The shop can get quite warm in the summer, so we usually have a small fan going and keep the door open. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to shout to be heard, but that is just life on this road. We like the community here in Ashok Vihar and the fact that we can see the daily life of the neighborhood from our front step. It is a simple existence, and we don't ask for much more than a steady stream of work to keep us occupied.
