We are over in Shop No 5 at Chauhan Market, right in the Mamura Village area of Sector 66. It’s a busy little corner of the market. The shop isn’t very big, so we have a few tables squeezed in where people can sit. Most of the time, the noise from the street comes right in through the door. We’ve got some basic decor on the walls, mostly stuff we picked up over time. It’s a place where the local guys come to hang out or people grab something quick while they’re out shopping. The kitchen is right there, so you can hear the pans and the stove going all day long. It gets a bit smoky sometimes when it's busy. We use regular plates and cups, nothing fancy or matching. The fridge hums a bit too loud in the corner, but nobody seems to mind. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting the orders out. The market can be quite chaotic, especially on weekends when everyone is out. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us doing everything from taking orders to cleaning the tables. Sometimes we have to tell people to wait a bit because we only have one stove working. It’s just how it is in a small village market. We like the crowd here, though. It’s always lively and there's always something happening right outside the door.
