Being in a big place like Emaar Digital Tower means there are always a lot of people around, especially during the office hours. We are situated near Badshahpur, so there is a lot of traffic and movement nearby. Our business is all about what people eat and drink, so we spend a lot of time thinking about flavors and how to serve them. The office is pretty modern, but inside, we keep things simple. We have a small team and everyone does a bit of everything. One day I might be doing the accounts and the next I am helping with the menu. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do because it is pretty straightforward. We want to provide good things for people to consume and we want to do it without making a huge fuss. The Gurgaon heat can be tough, but being in the tower helps keep things cool while we work.
