We started Passionate About Baking (Opc) Privatelimited right here in House No.-654 in Sector-23. It isn't a massive factory or anything like that, just a regular place in Gurgaon where we spend most of our hours. My apron is usually covered in some kind of flour by noon and the kitchen gets pretty warm when the ovens have been running all morning. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of orders to get through, but we make it work. Living and working in Tehsil Gurgaon means there is always noise outside, mostly cars or people walking to the local shops nearby. We handle everything ourselves, from the mixing to the packing. Sometimes the sink leaks a little, or we run out of sugar and have to run down the street to grab more. It is just the way things go here. People ask why we started a private limited company for a small bake shop, but it just felt like the right step to take at the time. We don't have a fancy front desk or a receptionist. If you come by, you'll probably find us mid-task with a tray of something. The address is easy to find if you know Sector-23 well enough. It is just a simple spot where we do what we need to do. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping the ovens going day after day.
