Nilech Engg. Works

You can find Nilech Engg. Works at 31C/8 in Dlf Phase-1. It’s a bit of an interesting spot for a workshop like ours, but it has worked out fine over the years. We aren't a huge operation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us who know how to handle the machinery and get things fixed or built. The space inside is packed with all sorts of tools and bits of metal that we might need later. It might look a bit disorganized to an outsider, but we know where everything is kept. Usually, the morning starts with a cup of tea and a look at what needs to be finished by the end of the day. We don't really have a boss who sits in a separate room; we’re all out there on the floor most of the time. Sometimes we have to wait on parts to arrive, which can be frustrating, but we try to stay busy with other things while we wait. People from around the area drop in occasionally to ask if we can help with a small repair or some custom bit of work. We try to help out when we can, though some jobs are just too big for our current setup. It’s a decent life, working with your hands and seeing something finished at the end of the week. We don't plan on changing much about how we do things. We just want to keep the workshop running and handle the work as it comes in.
