Mind Fresh Nirvol Tea

Mind Fresh Nirvol Tea is located at Plot Number 1000 in Sector-9A of Surya Vihar. We are quite close to the ESI Hospital, so we get a lot of people who are either visiting patients or working at the hospital. It is a busy little area because of the medical facility. The shop itself is on a regular plot, and we have tried to make it a place where someone can just sit and have a quiet moment. Dealing with tea all day means we are always surrounded by the smell of boiling milk and spices. Sector-9A is a residential neighborhood mostly, but our corner feels more commercial because of the hospital traffic. We see people at all hours, some looking very tired, so we just give them their tea and let them be. The shop is not very large, but we make use of every inch of space we have. We keep the counters clean and the glasses washed. Sometimes the street outside gets crowded with parked cars, making it a bit of a squeeze. We don't use any complicated equipment, just a simple stove and pots. It is a practical business. Most of our day is spent watching the people go by and making sure we don't run out of supplies. Surya Vihar is a decent place to be, and we are glad to have our little spot here. We open early so the morning staff at the hospital can get their first cup.
