Working out of 66/3, Hans Enclave, right near Rajiv Chowk, keeps us pretty busy. It’s a good location for us at Endurance Technologies Pvt Ltd because we are close to everything we need. We spend most of our hours focused on the tech side of things. It’s a lot of sitting in front of screens and trying to make software or hardware behave the way it’s supposed to. We have a few rooms here filled with equipment and cables everywhere. It might look messy to someone else, but it’s a working environment for us. We started small and just kept going, adding a person here and there as the workload grew. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Some of the work is repetitive, but then you get a problem that really makes you think, and that’s the part we like. We eat lunch together most days and talk about stuff other than work just to keep our sanity. The traffic around Rajiv Chowk can be a nightmare in the evenings, but we’ve gotten used to it. We just want to do a solid job so people keep coming back. It’s not a complicated philosophy, just showing up and doing the tasks. We’re glad to be based here in the enclave and plan to stay for a while.
