You can find us at Huda Plot 122 in Sector 25, Gurgaon. It is an industrial area, so there are a lot of workshops and small factories around us. We are involved in the blending and distilling of spirits. It is a very technical job. We spend a lot of time looking at vats and checking the alcohol levels. The smell in the building is very distinct. Some people might find it strong, but we are used to it. Because it is an OPC, it is a very small operation. We don't have a big board of directors or a HR department. It is just a practical workspace where we focus on the product. We do the blending ourselves and then fill the bottles. There is a lot of glass around, so we have to be very careful. Sometimes a bottle breaks and we have to clean it all up. That is just part of the day. We do not have any glossy brochures or sales teams. We just make the blends and sell them to our regular buyers. The yard outside is a bit messy with empty crates and pallets. We try to keep things organized, but it is a busy place. Sector 25 is perfect for us because we can make a bit of noise without bothering many people. It is hard, repetitive work, but it is satisfying when a batch turns out well.
