Flavor Factory Private Limited

Flavor Factory Private Limited is tucked away in V-10/48 Dlf Phase-3 Gurgaon. If you know this part of Gurgaon, you know how hectic it gets. We are right in the middle of it. The unit is always smelling like something different, sometimes it’s sweet and sometimes it’s quite sharp. We spend a lot of time just mixing things and seeing how they turn out. The office part is just a small corner with two chairs and a wobbly table. Most of the action happens in the back room. We have been here for a bit and the walls have started to show some wear. We don't really mind because the work gets done. Dlf Phase-3 has a lot of energy and that helps us keep going when we have a long list of orders. We get a lot of couriers coming to the door throughout the afternoon. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside on the steps and wait for it to come back. It’s not a shiny corporate office with glass walls. It's more of a place where you get your hands dirty. We just focus on the flavors and getting the labels on the bottles correctly. It is hard work but it's what we do here at V-10/48. We keep it simple and just try to get everything out on time each week. There is always a lot of chatter and the sound of the fans running. It's just a normal workplace for us.
