Chopstreet Foods Private Limited

We are based at D-16 in Sushant Lok Phase II. Chopstreet Foods Private Limited is the name we use for the shop. It’s a busy part of the area with a lot of people coming and going. We have a small kitchen space where we prepare various items. It’s not very big, so we have to be careful not to trip over each other when it gets busy. We spend most of our time chopping vegetables and getting things ready for the day. The smell of spices is always in the air around our unit. We aren't a big chain or anything. It’s just a few of us who like working with food. We have a simple counter where people can come and talk to us. Sometimes the stove acts up and we have to spend an hour fixing it, which isn't fun. But usually, things run pretty smooth. We don't use any fancy terms to describe what we do. We just make food and hope people like it. Sushant Lok Phase II is a good spot because there are always people around who are looking for something to eat. We keep our prices fair and our space clean. That’s about all there is to it. We don't have a big mission statement. We just show up, do the work, and go home when the sun goes down. Sometimes we stay late to clean up properly. It’s just how we run things here day to day.
