You can find us at Plot Number 274, Gali No-3, C, in Basai Enclave. Chefilicious Foods Private Limited is basically a local kitchen operation that grew a bit. Basai Enclave is a crowded area in Gurugram and Gali No-3 can be a real pain to drive through if someone has parked a scooter in the wrong spot. We have been working out of this plot for a few years now. The ground floor is where all the prep happens. It gets quite hot in the summers, even with the big fans going. We have a small office space upstairs where we keep the ledger and the phone. I’m usually the one answering the calls while the others are busy with the ingredients downstairs. It’s a noisy place with the sound of knives on boards and people shouting orders. We are just a bunch of people who like to cook and get things out to the city. Gurgaon-122001 is a big place to cover, so we are always in a rush. The walls in the kitchen have some stains and the floor is always a bit slippery, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us in our aprons. We just focus on the food and making sure the containers are packed tight. It’s a lot of manual labor, but we are used to it by now.
