Cafe La Bouisson India Private Limited

We are over here in Bhimgarh Khedi, right by the Gurgaon Railway Station. If you know Street No-8, then you know exactly where we are, near the Shiv Mandir. It gets pretty loud and busy around here with the trains coming in and out, but we like the energy. Most days, we just focus on keeping the place running and making sure things are ready for whoever walks through the door. It’s a simple setup at 345/1. We’ve been here for a bit now, seeing the neighborhood change. People around here are usually in a hurry to catch a ride, but some stop by for a bit. It’s not fancy or anything like that. We just handle the daily stuff. The heat in Gurgaon can get pretty rough in the summer, so we try to keep the shop as comfortable as we can. We don't really do much advertising; most people just find us because they live nearby or are passing through the station area. My cousin helped with some of the setup, and we just kept going from there. It’s a lot of work, honestly. Cleaning, prepping, and checking the stock takes up most of our morning before the sun even gets too high. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just running a cafe in a busy part of town. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard to get deliveries, but we manage. We just do our thing.
