Cafe De Rock

We’ve been here at Cafe De Rock in Sector 57 for a while now. You can find us inside the Hong Kong Market Mall. It’s a busy spot, but we try to keep things steady. Some days it gets crowded with people doing their shopping, and other times it’s just quiet. We just show up every morning and get things ready for whoever walks in. It isn't a fancy setup. We just have our space in the mall where people can sit for a bit. The address is pretty easy to find if you know the mall area. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure things are clean and the food is coming out. Sometimes the music is a bit loud from the other shops, but that's just how it is in Hong Kong Market Mall. We try to keep the chairs comfortable enough. We've seen a lot of regulars from around Sector 57 who just need a break. It's nothing too special, just a local place to grab something. We usually stay open as long as the mall is busy. It gets dusty sometimes with all the foot traffic, so we're always wiping down the tables. We don’t really do much advertising. People just find us while they're walking around. It’s been a good spot for us so far. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day without too much fuss.
