Cafe Coffee Day

You can find our Cafe Coffee Day in Sector 32. It’s a pretty simple setup. We spend our mornings getting the espresso machine warmed up and putting out the chairs. It’s usually quiet early on, which is nice. We get some students coming in to use their laptops and people from the nearby offices stopping by for a break. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to restart the router, which is always a bit of a pain. We aren't here to give you some corporate experience. We’re just making coffee and serving some small bites. The counters get cluttered with sugar packets and stirrers, so we’re always tidying up. We have a few regulars who come in every single day and we know exactly what they want without them asking. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing everything from washing cups to taking orders. The music playing in the background is usually just whatever we feel like listening to that day. We don't have a fancy dress code, just our standard shirts. It can get a bit boring when it’s slow, but then a rush happens and we’re all running around. It’s just a basic coffee shop in Sector 32. We focus on getting the drinks right and keeping the place from getting too messy. It’s just a normal job for us.
