You can find us at Flat 802 in Tower S 16, which is part of Close South in Unitech Nirvana Country. We’re in Sector 50, Gurgaon. It’s a bit unusual being in a tower, but that’s where the Brewsnbagels Cafe operations are based. We spend a lot of time thinking about coffee and food. It’s not just a big industrial kitchen; it’s more personal than that. We started this because we like the atmosphere of a good cafe. The office side of things happens here in the flat. We deal with the suppliers for the flour and the coffee beans from this desk. It gets a bit crowded with samples and bags of stuff everywhere. The view from the 8th floor is actually quite nice when the sun goes down. Most of our work is making sure the quality is what we want it to be. We aren't a huge chain with hundreds of locations. It’s just us trying to make something people enjoy. Dealing with the paperwork and the licensing takes up a lot of time, more than we expected. But when we get the bagels right, it feels worth the effort. The Haryana weather can be tough on the ingredients, so we have to be careful with storage. It's just a small team of us. We work long hours, but it’s ours. We don't have any polished corporate mission to tell you about.
