We've been over here at Carlon Estate in DLF Phase 5 for a while now. Running Au Food And Beverages Llp is just what we do every day. Gurgaon is busy, so we try to keep things moving. We started small, just figuring out how to handle the supplies and making sure things get where they need to go. It’s mostly about managing the stock and talking to people who come by. Some days are longer than others, especially when the trucks arrive late or the weather in Haryana gets a bit too hot. We don't have a big fancy office, just our spot at C4C 106. Most of the time, we’re just checking orders or looking over the inventory. It’s not always easy work, but it keeps us occupied. People around DLF know where we are if they need something. We try to keep the shelves organized, but it gets messy when we're busy. There’s always paperwork to do, which is the boring part, but it's necessary. Sometimes we sit out front and just watch the traffic in Phase 5. It’s a good spot to be. We’ve learned a lot about how to run things since we opened. We don’t do anything too complicated. Just food and drinks, day in and day out. If you walk past Carlon Estate, you’ll probably see one of us hauling boxes or taking a quick tea break. That's just how it is.
