We operate out of the 32-Milestone area on NH-8, right near the Apra Motels in Chander Nagar. 32NDMILESTONE VILLAS PRIVATE LIMITED is basically a small team working out of this well-known Gurgaon landmark. We’ve been around this neighborhood for quite a bit, watching how the highway has changed over the years. Our daily routine involves a lot of managing the villa properties and making sure everything is functioning as it should. It’s not always easy keeping up with maintenance and the requests that come in, but we do our best. The office is a bit lived-in, with maps and plans pinned to the walls. We don't spend much on fancy furniture because we're usually out on the grounds or talking to contractors. It’s a busy spot being so close to the highway, so there’s always noise from the traffic. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent operation here in Chander Nagar. We don't go in for big marketing talk. If something needs fixing, we go fix it. If a tenant has a question, we answer it. It’s a straightforward approach to property management. We like being at 32-Milestone because everyone knows where it is. It’s been a staple of the Gurgaon landscape for a long time, and we’re just glad to be working here. It’s a lot of work every day but we enjoy the local atmosphere.
