Zambar Restaurant

You can find Zambar up on the third floor of Ambience Mall in Gurgaon. It’s a big mall, so it takes a minute to get up here, but we are right in the middle of all the action. Being in a mall means we see a lot of different people, from shoppers taking a break to folks coming in specifically for a meal after a movie. The space isn't too complicated. We’ve got our tables and chairs laid out so people can talk. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the mall is packed on weekends, but that’s expected. Our team mostly focuses on getting the orders right and making sure nobody is waiting too long at the door. We don't do all that fancy talk you see in brochures. It’s just a restaurant in a mall. The kitchen team works hard in the back, and sometimes you can smell the spices all the way out by the elevators. We’ve been here in Gurgaon for a bit now and it’s a steady pace. It’s nice seeing the same faces come back every few weeks when they are doing their grocery shopping or hanging out. We just try to keep the place tidy and the food ready. Nothing more to it than that, really. Just a place to eat on the third floor of the mall, where you can sit down and take a rest from the Gurgaon heat and the crowds.
