Yashna

We opened Yashna in Sector 31 because it felt like a good spot in the main market. Shop number 199 isn't huge, but it fits everything we need to sell. If you look right across from Axis Bank, you’ll see our door. Most days, I’m here early to get things ready before the morning rush starts. Gurgaon has changed a lot since we first came here, with all the big buildings and malls, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. We have some old shelves that could probably use a coat of paint, and the floor has some scuffs from all the people walking in and out over the years. It’s a family thing, so sometimes my nephew helps out behind the counter when he’s not at school. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team telling us what to do. We just know the regulars who come in for their daily bits and pieces. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just keep the doors open and wait for the generator to kick in. It’s just a normal shop where we try to keep things organized, even if it gets a bit messy when a big shipment arrives. We don’t talk about missions or visions; we just make sure we have what people are looking for when they stop by after finishing their work at the bank across the road.
