YASHIKA CONTRACTORS LLP

We are based on the third floor of the Time Centre in Sector-54, Shivaji Nagar. Yashika Contractors has been in this Gurgaon spot for a while now. It’s a decent building, not too far from the main hubs. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the paperwork that comes with contracting. It's a lot of permits and schedules. Being in Sector-54 is handy because we are near a lot of our project sites. The office itself is number 308. It’s usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and coffee cups, but we know where everything is. We aren't one of those polished firms you see in the magazines. We are just regular people doing a job. The construction business in Haryana is pretty intense, so we stay on our toes. Most of the time, we are talking to vendors or checking on site progress. It’s a lot of coordination. We don't have a big mission statement. We just show up and handle the tasks for the day. If things go wrong, we fix them. That is how it works. The team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. It keeps things interesting, even when it’s stressful. We like the location here because it’s easy for everyone to get to. It's just a functional place for a functional business. There is always someone coming or going with a new set of plans and a fresh cup of tea.
