Jpm Group

Jpm Group is based at Plot No. 282 in Sector-37, which is part of Udyog Vihar Phase Vi. This is a very industrial part of the city, and the whole area is filled with warehouses and manufacturing units. Our plot is just one of many in a long row, but we have made it our own over the years. The building is a bit older, with those heavy metal doors and concrete floors that you see in a lot of industrial parks. Inside, the office part of the building is where we spend most of our time. It is a bit noisy because of the traffic and the work going on in nearby plots, but we don’t really notice it anymore. We have a small yard where we can park a few vehicles, although it is always a bit of a squeeze to get everyone in. The work here is steady. There is usually a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the warehouse side. We don’t have anything fancy like a big break room with a TV or anything like that. Most of us just eat lunch at our desks or go out to one of the local food vans that park nearby during the day. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We focus on the daily tasks and make sure our part of Udyog Vihar is running smoothly. It is hard work, but it is what we do.
