Jsd Group

Jsd Group is located at C- 519 in Sushant Lok Phase-1. It is a residential area, so the office is actually in a converted house. This gives the whole place a much more personal feel than being in a giant glass tower somewhere. We have different rooms for different parts of the business. One room is for the accounts, another is for the main office work, and the kitchen is where we all end up meeting for tea and a quick chat. There is a small garden out front that someone tries to keep tidy, though the weeds usually win in the end. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare on these narrow streets, especially if there is a delivery truck, but we manage to make it work. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed most of the time. Because it is a house, it doesn't feel like a cold corporate office. You might hear the doorbell ring or a neighbor’s dog barking while we are in the middle of a meeting. We have been in Sushant Lok for a long time now and we know most of the people on our block. We don’t have a big HR department or a marketing team. We are just a small group of people working from a house in Phase 1. It is a simple setup, and it works for us. We get our work done without too much fuss.
