Our office is at D-66 Sai Kunj, which is part of New Palam Vihar Phase- 3. It’s a residential-looking building, so some people get confused when they first try to find us. We mostly focus on development projects around this side of town. The office inside is pretty plain, just a couple of desks, a computer that’s a bit slow, and a lot of site maps pinned to the boards. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on materials. It’s not a fancy corporate environment; we’re usually wearing dusty shoes because we’ve just come back from a construction site. New Palam Vihar is always growing, so there is always some noise from nearby work or trucks passing by. We start our day quite early to beat the heat, especially during the summer months. There’s a small kettle in the corner where we make coffee, and that keeps us going through the long afternoons. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. We just talk to people who are interested in the projects we are working on. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just have to sit and wait or use our phones to get things done. It’s just how it goes in this part of the city. We keep it simple and just focus on the buildings and the plots we have to manage for the day.
