We are based at C. W. 17 in Malibu Town, right along Sohna Road. It is a pretty well-known area, so it is easy for people to find us. The office isn't very large, but it works for the handful of us who are here every day. We do a lot of our thinking and planning in this space. Sohna Road is always moving, and you can hear the traffic from the front window. Manab Engicon Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this spot for some time. We are not the type to wear suits and ties every day. Most of us just wear what is comfortable for the work we do. We have a lot of blueprints and sketches lying around most of the time. It gets a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites, so the office can be quiet during the afternoons. When we are all here, it is a bit of a squeeze. We do not have a big corporate structure. We just talk to each other and figure things out as they come up. It is a practical way to run things. We have grown a bit since we started, but we still feel like a small local team. That is how we like it. We focus on the projects and don't worry much about being fancy.
