Chm Projects

Chm Projects is on the first floor, at Plot Ff- 19 in Shushant Vyapar Kandra. It is located in Shushant Lock Phase- 1, which is a busy commercial hub. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, and the building itself has seen better days, but it is a good location for being in the middle of everything. There are shops and small eateries all around us, so the smell of food often wafts into the office around lunchtime. Inside, we have a few cubicles and a main desk where most of the files are kept. The walls are a plain off-white, and we have got some old posters and maps pinned up. It is a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We spend a lot of our time coordinating different projects and talking to vendors. The Shushant Vyapar Kandra area is always buzzing with people, so there is never a dull moment if you look out the window. We have got a small fan at every desk because the main cooling system isn't always reliable. It is a simple, no-frills office. We don't spend money on expensive furniture; we would rather just have stuff that works. It is a place where we put in the effort and try to stay on top of our deadlines. Most days are just a cycle of phone calls, paperwork, and the occasional tea break with the neighbors from the next office over.
