Working out of Plot No. 307-308 in Sector-6 of I. M. T. Manesar is exactly what you would expect from an industrial area. Durg Manglam Projects Pvt. Ltd. has been set up here for some time now. The road outside always has trucks moving back and forth, and there is that constant hum of machinery coming from the neighboring units. It is a dusty place, especially when the wind picks up in the afternoon, so we spend a lot of time just trying to keep the office desks clean. Inside, it is all pretty straightforward. We have the space we need for the equipment and the desks. It isn't a place designed for visitors or showing off. It is just where the actual work happens every day. The commute out to Manesar can be a bit of a grind depending on the traffic, but once you are here, it is just about getting the day's tasks done. We have a small tea stall just down the road where most of the guys go during the afternoon break. The building itself is sturdy and does the job we need it to do. We do not have any big signs or flashy lights out front. Most people who come here already know where they are going anyway. There is a lot of coordination involved in these projects, so there is usually someone on the phone or looking at a site map. It is just a group of people putting in their hours.
